I love the Souled On Samples posts at Souled On. The most recent sample post taught me that two of my favorite songs of ‘08 (GZA’s “Life Is A Movie” & Grip Grand’s “Remember The Time”) owe a ton to their original sample source (Gary Numan’s “Films” & Darondo’s “Didn’t I”). Thanks Scholar.
